Adventure Friday Day Camps

Adventure Friday Day Camp programs allow youth ages 9-15 to experience a variety of exciting and adventurous activities in a series of one-day camps throughout the summer. The sessions are led by trained, caring 4-H Youth Development Professionals who desire to share their passion for the outdoors and love of adventure and learning with youth. Past Adventure Friday Day Camps have included low & high challenge course, beginning horsemanship, hiking in the Shenandoah National Park, canoeing on the Shenandoah River, shooting sports and more.

The Northern Virginia 4-H Center strives to make programs as accessible and affordable as possible. Unfortunately, many families that would like to provide this experience to their children are financially challenged. To achieve this, we ask sponsors to make donations so we can provide scholarships to those in need.
